This painting of a serene spot on a popular hike (more like a gentle walk really) through the rainforest of Mossman Gorge. It’s one of those places where you stop to take a breath and feel like you’re the first to discover such an idyllic scene. But of course, there’s always another couple or family around the bend heading towards your discovery. The scene looks cool, but I assure you the air was heavy, wet and hot as it always is in the northern coast regions of Australia.
